I have recently worked through an OJEU with the above company, Rotadex. I would like to acknowledge how impressed I was whilst dealing with the company and the fact that the directors are easily accessible to speed up any tendering process. I was very impressed with the customer service element; we were encouraged to visit the premises, meet the staff and view the relevant work areas and found this most useful. It was always never too much trouble for the directors to travel to our Headquarters in Oldham in order to resolve any issues and ensure work went ahead to meet the agreed schedule. I have never known Rotadex to miss a deadline, in fact, quite often they would work with us when we were struggling with deadlines at our operational side of the process to ensure we met the deadline. Obviously, from a pricing point of view, they came out extremely competitively which meant we have diverted our business from five sites to this company As a result of this, we now have an enhanced product by way of quality and nothing was seen to be too difficult whilst going through the design stages. In fact, we received much advice from Rotadex but were left to make the decision ourselves, which was our preferred option. We continue to revise our products on a three to six monthly basis and, again, Rotadex have been nothing but supportive in allowing us to do this. When we contact the company regarding proposed changes, we have named contacts who ensure this is done and we have never had to chase or remind them on issues I was also impressed by the way they supplied us with some samples whilst we were in the negotiation process with some of our Consultants. Rotadex did this at a cost to them and made all the changes to the artwork on time and made sure we had deliveries in time for our discussions.

Rotadex approached us and asked to be considered when we were seeking quotations for a year's worth of casenote folders ie 14,000 units. Their price was extremely competitive and we have saved 10p per casenote folder against what we were paying previously. There has been absolutely no loss of quality, the product is absolutely identical, even down to the exact shade of lilac! Rotadex accommodated our exact requirements regarding call-off orders and I have been most impressed by their pro-activity in reminding us to check our stock as they think we should be running out. I am also pleased that, unlike other companies, Rotadex print off the whole order and store it, so that if we do run out and need a quick delivery there will be no urgent printing required. The first delivery happened like clockwork helped by the fact that Rotadex phoned up the day before to check the exact delivery address and access arrangements.
Needless to say, I have been most impressed by their product, communications and overall customer care.
